Booking and Cancellation Policy Booking Confirmation: A deposit of 25% per person is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 25 days prior to your tour departure date. Payment: • Balance payments can be made by cheque or bank transfer 25 days prior to departure. • Failure to pay the balance within 25 days of departure may result in cancellation of your booking, and your deposit will be non-refundable. • All bank charges associated with credit card transactions or international transfers will be borne by the customer. Tour Cancellations: • By the Company: If we cancel the tour, you will receive a full refund. However, if the cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, civil unrest, strikes), we will refund the tour cost after deducting a 10% service charge to cover the arrangements made on your behalf. • By the Customer: Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be processed according to the following schedule: o 10 to 15 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour cost is non-refundable. o 5 to 10 days prior to departure: 75% of the tour cost is non-refundable. o Within 5 days of departure: 100% of the tour cost is non-refundable.
