TRAVEL TIPS • 02 passport size photograph of each member traveling (name, age & gender written behind the photograph) • ID Proof: Driving License, Voter Card, Valid Passport or Adhar Card. • Photocopy of Photo ID proof, both front and back side required BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS • Confirm your booking by paying a deposit of 25% PER PERSON of the tour cost. • Balance payment shall be paid 15 days before the departure. • If anybody fails to pay the balance amount before 15 days, he/she shall be deemed as canceled and the deposit shall not be refunded. • If we cancel the tour, we will refund the amount. However, if the tour is canceled due to natural calamities like floods, riots, bands, strikes, etc., we will refund the tour cost after deducting 20% as our service charge for making the necessary arrangements for your tour. • If the passenger wants to cancel the tour, he/she must make a written application to our office. We will refund the tour cost after deducting cancellation charges. • The bank charges for credit card transactions are non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour booking by any party. • Please Deposit your cash/cheque in the name of “Nagfani Tours & Travels”.
