In case the helicopter does not fly due to weather conditions or any other reasons, the guest must cover the accommodation and food costs for the stay directly.  Kindly note, all the on the way sightseeing will be subject to road conditions (Closure, Time restriction, Traffic) etc.  This is a Pilgrimage sector so don’t keep high expectations in Hotels except Haridwar.  We will provide our Separate kitchen / Marwari Maharaj Food only, when at least 40 members join that group. Otherwise, we will provide food from the hotel only (PURE VEG & JAIN) TRAVEL TIPS  Follow the instructions of Tour manager.  Carry Valid Photo Id Proof (Aadhar Card/Driving License/Voter Id/Passport)  In Certain Snow areas Gum Boots, Gloves & Long Jackets are available on rental basis. Our manager will guide you regarding the same  Carry your Regular Basic medicines & Basic First Aid Kit with you  Carry extra batteries for your camera & power banks for your cell phone.  Carry your Pooja samagri as per your requirement.  Rain showers are expected anytime so kindly carry a small umbrella/windcheater & also cover your travelling bag with plastic from inside so that your clothes do not get wet.  Thermals, Pair of Gloves, Monkey Cap, Cotton, Sweater /Jackets, Sun’s Screen lotion, Moisturizer, Sun glasses, Comfortable Sports Shoes, Vicks, Camphor, small torch etc.  Do not take pictures if cameras are not allowed in temples.  Guests need to carry small handbag for 1 Day clothes & your necessary valuable as suitcase cannot be carried up for Kedarnath Dham. BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS  Confirm your booking by paying a deposit of 25% PER PERSON of the tour cost.  Balance payment shall be paid 15 days prior to the departure  If anybody fails to pay the balance amount before 15 days, he/she shall be deemed as cancelled and the deposit shall not be refunded.  If we cancel the tour, then we shall refund the amount. But if the tour cancels due to the natural calamities like flood, riots, bands, strikes etc. then we shall refund the tour cost after deducting 20% as our service charge for making the necessary arrangements for your tour.  If the passenger wants to cancel the tour, he/she shall have to make a written application to our office and we shall refund the tour cost after deducting cancellation char
