Otherwise, we will provide food from the hotel only (PURE VEG & JAIN) TRAVEL TIPS  Carry your Regular Basic medicines & Basic First Aid Kit with you  Valid Photo Id (Aadhar Card/Driving License/Voter Id/Passport)  In Kerala Rain Showers are expected anytime throughout the year so carry Umbrella / Rain coat & also cover your travelling bag with plastic from inside so that your clothes don’t get wet.  Carry Sun Glasses, Sunscreen, Moisturizer, Cap, Sport Shoes  Carry 1 Jacket or Sweater BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS  Confirm your booking by paying a deposit of 25% PER PERSON of the tour cost.  Balance payment shall be paid 15 days prior to the departure  If anybody fails to pay the balance amount before 15 days, he/she shall be deemed as cancelled and the deposit shall not be refunded.  If we cancel the tour, then we shall refund the amount. But if the tour cancels due to the natural calamities like flood, riots, bands, strikes etc. then we shall refund the tour cost after deducting 20% as our service charge for making the necessary arrangements for your tour.  If the passenger wants to cancel the tour, he/she shall have to make a written application to our office and we shall refund the tour cost after deducting cancellation charges.  The bank charges for credit card transactions are non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour booking by any party.  Please Deposit your cash / cheque in the name of “Nagfani Tours & Travels” EASY CANCELLATION  BEFORE 30 DAYS 25% OF THE TOUR COST.  BETWEEN 15 TO 30 DAYS 50% OF THE TOUR COST.  BETWEEN 05 TO 15 DAYS 75% OF THE TOUR COST.  WITHIN 05 DAYS 100% OF THE TOUR COST (NO REFUND).  WE HOPE THAT YOU HAVE READ ALL OUR ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE CONFIRMING YOUR TOUR WITH US.
